Sales Admin (Client Services Background)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Sales Admin with Client Relations

experience to support our sales and account management teams. This role plays a critical

part in ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams while maintaining

accurate sales documentation and excellent client service in a BPO environment.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Administration

• Prepare and manage sales documents such as proposals, quotations, contracts,

and pricing sheets

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline data

• Support sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

• Coordinate with finance and legal teams for billing, invoicing, and contract

processing


Client Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for clients for administrative and coordination needs
  • Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth handover to operations
  • Support client meetings, presentations, and account reviews


Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, operations, workforce, and support teams to align client requirements
  • Ensure client expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated internally Process & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, NDAs, and data privacy requirements
  • Maintain organized and accurate client documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Administration, Client Relations, or Account Support (BPO preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
