As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities may include:
Making inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers
Promoting and selling products, services, or upgrades based on customer needs
Explaining features, pricing, terms, and promotions clearly and professionally
Handling objections and closing sales using persuasive, customer-first approaches
Recording customer information and interactions in CRM tools
Meeting and exceeding sales targets, conversion goals, and call quality metrics
Collaborating with your team and supervisors to continuously improve performance
To qualify for this role, you must have:
At least 6 months of sales experience in a BPO or call center environment
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas or commission-based goals
Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive selling techniques
Fluency in English (spoken and written – B2 level or higher)
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience using CRM systems, scripts, and productivity tools
Previous roles in telemarketing, upselling, retention, or cross-selling
Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9
Experience handling cold calls, warm leads, or contract renewals
Confidence, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage rejections while staying focused on targets
Strong typing, multitasking, and time management skills
Willingness to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
