About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a group of Sales Representatives handling both outbound and inbound calls. Your goal: ensure the team meets sales KPIs, delivers excellent customer experience, and grows consistently through strong leadership and data-driven strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales agents to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

  • Monitor performance metrics (conversion rate, call quality, productivity) and implement action plans for improvement

  • Conduct regular huddles, product refreshers, side-by-side coaching, and performance reviews

  • Manage day-to-day team operations including schedule adherence, queue management, and escalations

  • Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to boost performance

  • Ensure all agents follow compliance, quality guidelines, and process standards

  • Foster a positive, engaging, and competitive sales environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Agent in a sales campaign (inbound/outbound)

  • Strong coaching, communication, and motivational skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs

  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and execute strategies

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Willing to work onsite/shift schedules (depending on account needs)
