As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
Support customers via phone, chat, or email in French and English
Provide information about products, services, orders, or account inquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues, technical questions, and customer concerns
Record and update customer interactions using CRM platforms
Deliver high-quality service with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Meet performance goals such as first-contact resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality
Attend all necessary training sessions and stay aligned with internal processes
To qualify for this role, you must have:
Full fluency in French and English (both spoken and written – C1 level or higher)
At least 6 months of customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite in San José, Costa Rica
A high school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office programs
Previous experience in bilingual customer support, technical assistance, or billing
Use of platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Five9
Proven ability to manage customer concerns with empathy and efficiency
Clear and professional communication in French and English
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask, follow scripts, and maintain a natural tone
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with daily performance metrics
