Position Overview

The IT Project Manager will lead and execute technology initiatives across Support Services Group’s global footprint, with a primary focus on LATAM and North America. This role drives delivery of complex IT programs related to infrastructure, cloud, security, compliance, application development, and global process standardization.

The ideal candidate understands large-scale IT environments, can translate technical requirements into executable project plans, and thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise-level BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end IT projects including:
    • Infrastructure builds & upgrades (network, server, storage, data center, telecom)
    • Cloud migration & modernization initiatives
    • Application development & software deployment
    • Server upgrades, virtualization, and patching programs
    • Workstation tech upgrades and deployment initiatives
    • Cybersecurity & compliance enhancements (SOC2, ISO27001, PCI)
    • Disaster recovery & business continuity tech readiness
    • Global standardization and process optimization initiatives
  • Develop project charters, schedules, RACI matrices, status reports, and risk logs
  • Ensure all projects meet timelines, scope, cost, and quality expectations

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT, facilities, operations, telecom, and security teams
  • Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners
  • Facilitate executive updates, technical workshops, and milestone reviews

Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain PMO documentation and reporting cadence
  • Ensure adherence to IT governance, change control, and security protocols
  • Track technical requirements and confirm validation/UAT and deployment standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in IT project management or technical program coordination
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-disciplinary tech projects in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud concepts, and cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Experience working with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, PCI) is highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required, Spanish preferred)
  • Ability to work across regions/time zones and manage cross-functional teams
