Chat Representative Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

    • Onsite Availability: Must be able to work from our office

    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and reading comprehension to communicate clearly in chat

    • Chat or Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is preferred, Customer service experience

    • Tech-Savvy & Multitasking: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and chat windows at once. Computer skills
