Onsite Availability: Must be able to work from our office
Communication Skills: Excellent written and reading comprehension to communicate clearly in chat
Chat or Customer Service Experience: Prior experience is preferred, Customer service experience
Tech-Savvy & Multitasking: Comfortable navigating multiple systems and chat windows at once. Computer skills
Customer-First Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and genuine empathy for our customers
