As a Customer Service Representative, your role may include:
Answering inbound or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
Following scripts to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Resolving questions related to products, billing, or technical support
Recording all customer interactions using CRM tools
Handling complaints and de-escalating issues with empathy
Verifying and clarifying information with customers
Promoting additional products or services when appropriate
Contributing to a team-focused, goal-driven environment

Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or BPO/call center environments
Job titles like agente, asistente, CSR, vendedora, or promotora
Worked for companies like Teleperformance, Synergies, UNO, CCD, VoiceTeam, SSG, or similar
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Typing speed and multitasking ability
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Five9)
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work inbound or outbound roles and follow scripts while staying natural
Experience resolving technical issues, billing questions, or handling escalations
Ability to upsell or promote additional services
Supportive of team goals and open to training and feedback
