What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, chat, or email

• Provide accurate product and service information in a friendly and professional manner

• Resolve billing, technical, or account-related concerns with empathy and efficiency

• Document all interactions in internal systems according to standard operating procedures

• Escalate complex issues as needed while maintaining a positive customer experience

• Meet or exceed performance goals including quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Who Thrives in This Role

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and working in a fast-paced environment

• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure

• Basic technical skills (CRM systems, email, chat tools, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
