As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, or account-related inquiries
Troubleshoot billing issues, technical questions, or service concerns
Document customer interactions using CRM platforms and internal tools
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience
Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and first-call resolution
Collaborate with your team and attend required training sessions
This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and have prior experience in the BPO sector.
To qualify, you must have:
At least 6 months of previous experience in a BPO or call center environment focused on customer service
Strong verbal and written English skills (B2 level or higher)
Experience using CRM platforms, customer service tools, or ticketing systems
A high school diploma or equivalent
Preferred candidates have also:
Worked in inbound customer service roles
Handled complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in multitasking and managing high-volume interactions
Basic skills in Microsoft Office and typing
Ability to follow structured workflows and scripts while staying natural
