What You’ll Do

As a Sales & Retention Representative, you may:

  • Handle inbound or outbound calls to support current or former customers

  • Prevent cancellations by offering solutions, benefits, or promotions

  • Recommend products, upgrades, or services based on customer needs

  • Explain features, pricing, billing, and contract terms clearly

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas, retention targets, and call handling goals

  • Log interactions in a CRM platform with detailed notes

  • Use active listening and objection handling to turn negative situations into positive ones

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve performance

Who We’re Looking For

We value real-world experience — whether you’ve sold in person or over the phone. Ideal candidates include:

  • People with experience in ventas, retención, telemercadeo, or servicio al cliente

  • Former vendedores en tienda, promotoras, asistentes de ventas, agentes de call center

  • Candidates who’ve worked at companies like Teleperformance, Synergies, UNO, CCD, VoiceTeam, SSG, or similar

  • Strong communicators who are confident in English, both spoken and written

  • Goal-driven individuals who enjoy dynamic work environments

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Persuasive communication and sales techniques

  • Handling objections, closing deals, and managing difficult conversations

  • Strong typing and multitasking ability

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Five9)

  • Focused, reliable, and motivated to meet daily goals

  • Able to follow scripts while sounding natural and confident

Bonus If You Have

  • Worked in retention campaigns, cross-selling, or commission-based roles

  • Experience resolving billing issues, cancellation requests, or service dissatisfaction

  • Been part of a sales floor, storefront, or customer loyalty program

  • Actively contributed to a team's performance and attended training sessions
